Caribou Design & Construction, Inc. is owned by Bruce Carman. The company was created in 1992 and has worked on projects throughout Cook and Lake counties.

Bruce can work with owners in developing their own custom home design for their individual property, or will work with plans that have already been developed. Whether you want to build an entire home, cabin, want to remodel or build an addition, Bruce will work with you.

Bruce graduated from Iowa State University in 1983 with a degree in Architecture and an emphasis in Construction Engineering. He moved to Lutsen in 1991. Bruce’s 20+ years experience in home design and construction provides home owners with knowledge, skill and foresight critical to completing projects that they will be proud of.
